How It Works
Returning a Kova ring is simple.
Contact Us
Reach out to our team within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us with your order number and the reason for your return and we will respond within 24 hours.
Send It Back
We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Simply repack the ring in its original Kova gift box and drop it at your nearest post office. No cost to you.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your full refund or exchange within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Return Policy
What We Ask
To be eligible for a return, your ring must be in the same condition you received it — unworn and undamaged, with all original packaging and documentation included.
Rings that have been resized, engraved or otherwise customised after delivery are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
If your ring arrives damaged or does not match its description, we will cover all return costs and provide a full replacement or refund — no questions asked.
We recommend using the original packaging when returning your ring to ensure it is fully protected during transit. All returns are insured by Kova Jewels.
