KOVA JEWELS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

By accessing or purchasing from Kova Jewels you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. Kova Jewels reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All Kova Jewels rings are crafted in solid 18k white gold and set with GIA certified natural diamonds. Product images are as accurate as possible however slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. All diamond weights and measurements are approximate.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Kova Jewels reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Your order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Kova Jewels reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

5. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Kova Jewels does not store your payment details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Kova Jewels is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control. All orders are fully insured in transit.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided items are in their original unworn condition with all packaging intact. Customised or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty. Full details are outlined in our Returns Policy.

8. Warranty

All Kova Jewels rings are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care. To make a warranty claim please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kova Jewels website including images, copy, branding and design is the property of Kova Jewels and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law Kova Jewels is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and placing orders you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
